Octave Hotel & Spa - Sarjapur Road Bangalore, Bangalore

I had a mixed experience during my stay. While the hotel is located near shopping areas, the service and food quality left much to be desired. My room was not ready upon check-in, and basic amenities were missing, which made the experience frustrating. Unfortunately, the bathroom facilities were also not well-maintained, resulting in a less than satisfactory stay overall.

I attended a birthday celebration at this hotel, and while the food was decent, the service was frustratingly slow, possibly due to multiple events happening at once. The parking was a plus, especially in such a busy area like Sarjapur Road. Overall, it’s a mixed bag with some positives and notable downsides.

I was quite disappointed with my stay at this hotel. While the Wi-Fi was excellent and the location was convenient for my needs, the rooms were not very clean and the service left a lot to be desired. I found the staff unprofessional and the dining experience was frustrating, making me feel like I didn't get value for my money. Overall, there are definitely better options around the area at a similar price point.
